Procedure of Court Marriage in India

विवाह एक ऐसा संस्कार है जो दो जीवनों को आजीवन एकता में बांधता है। यह सामाजिक और धार्मिक अवसर है, जो विवाहीत जोड़े के जीवन को खुशियों से सजाता है। भारत में विवाह को नियमित तरीके से संपन्न करने के लिए कई विधियां हैं, जिनमें से एक है कोर्ट मैरिज। यह विवाह विधिवत और कानूनी तरीके से होने वाला विवाह होता है, जिसे दोनों पक्षों के सहमति के बाद संपन्न किया जाता है।

In India, there are several methods of solemnizing a marriage, one of which is Court Marriage. It is a formal and legally recognized marriage that takes place after the consent of both parties.

*कोर्ट मैरिज के लिए योग्यता / Eligibility for Court Marriage*

कोर्ट मैरिज के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित योग्यता शर्तें होनी चाहिए:

1. दोनों पक्षों के बीच आजीवन विवाहीत न होना।
2. वर और वधू की उम्र 21 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए।
3. दोनों पक्षों का दिमाग़ स्वतंत्र होना चाहिए और विवाह करने की इच्छा स्वयं की अनुभूति की आवश्यकता होती है।

To apply for court marriage, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

1. Both parties should not be currently married to anyone else.
2. The age of the groom and bride should be 21 years or above.
3. Both parties should have a sound mind and willingly express their desire to marry.
